Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on or call us on +91 6358752266.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on

  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7 working days.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Return and Refund Policy


Products purchased from our site can be returned for a refund within 20 days from the date of the invoice provided:

  • the product is unused for personal utility, and
  • is intact and in saleable condition, and
  • is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.

Which products are not eligible for returns?

The following table contains a list of products that are not eligible for returns for reasons of health and hygiene:

  • Products purchased at other vendor cannot be returned at Oxy Leaves India Private Limited.

A product that is altered cannot be returned. For reasons of health and hygiene, edible products, cosmetic goods, undergarments, refrigerated items and other similar products cannot be returned. In the event of any quality related compliant about a product, the customer should contact the Oxy Leaves India Pvt. Ltd consumer care number or the consumer care cell of the manufacturer or marketer of the product. Details of the consumer care cell of the Manufacturer or Marketer will be on the packaging of the product.

Oxy Leaves India Private Limited shall not be held liable either directly or indirectly for the quality of any Product. Products covered under Manufacturers warranty/guarantee cannot be returned to Oxy Leaves India Private Limited, as the same is covered by the after sale service offered by the manufacturer of the Product. Oxy Leaves India Private Limited will not be directly or indirectly liable for goods covered under the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will refund customers through the same payment mode that was used to purchase the product online. Refunds for products that were purchased online using credit cards/Debit Cards/any type of Internet Banking will be credit back to the respective account. Similarly, refunds for products purchased through Cash/Cheque (Cash on Delivery) will be made in cash.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the event of any disputes in this regard, the same shall be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction at Vadodara Gujarat.

Oxy Leaves India Private Limited reserves the right to alter or modify any of the terms and conditions of this Policy without assigning any reason or providing intimation whatsoever. Oxy Leaves India Private Limited decision on the above would be final and the customer shall abide by the same unconditionally.
